Do I need my own phone number?
No. Your $99/mo platform fee includes one dedicated 10DLC-registered number. You can add more numbers for an additional fee if you need them.
How does 10DLC compliance work?
Sending business texts in the US requires registering your brand and use case with The Campaign Registry. Teleno AI's onboarding walks you through it in about 10 minutes. The one-time TCR registration fees (~$44) are passed through at cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard. You keep any unused credits through the end of the billing period. Numbers stay portable for 90 days after cancellation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up and configure everything for free. You'll add a card when you submit your 10DLC registration — that's a requirement from the carriers — but no charges hit until TCR approves your campaign. If TCR denies you, you're not billed.
